As the Select staff looks ahead, we need more accurate information to make the best decisions on your behalf. A significant proportion of what drives decisions is the amount of milk we market. Please take some time to evaluate your operation and provide us with the average daily production pounds by month for the months below.

FILL OUT ONE FORECAST FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL DAIRY FACILITY (Each producer Number). DO NOT COMBINE PRODUCTION FOR MULTIPLE DAIRY FACILITIES.
