Greetings Friends,

We are happy to invite you to the 2026 Select Milk Producers, Inc. Annual Membership Meeting and Reception Dinner. This year the event will be back at the Westin Kierland in Scottsdale, Arizona. We will require an RSVP from everyone attending! This year, the Open Sessions will begin on October 22nd and the Membership Meeting and Reception Dinner will be on October 23rd, so plan your travel around that. There is a more detailed agenda below.

Room Accommodations:

The ROOM BLOCK Starts on Wednesday, October 21st and extends to the morning (check out) of Saturday, October 24th. All rooms nights outside this block are at the properties availability and current room rate.

The room rate for our block is again locked in at the $225 per night at your cost.

• One subsidized room rate per Active Member Dairy
• Room Rate includes all fees associated with the room itself, all other charges, incidentals are at your expense.
• Any rooms outside of the room block will be at your expense.
  • If booking outside the room block, Room Type, etc. and using it as the subsidized rate eligible room, we will apply the difference of the contracted Room Rate against the cost, contact Craig with questions
