Childcare Details

We wanted to make sure that everyone that attends this years Annual Meeting has a great time! This extends to the younger ones too! We have partnered with a professional Childcare Services organization that is licensed, insured and has vetted childcare professionals to look after our next generations!

We have worked with the childcare services provider to create a fun and safe experience for your kids. This will be done in a "Day Camp" format, with many activities** that are age appropriate for your family members. We will not be able to provide services to children under the age of 6 months.

For Both Days of Day Camp:

Drop Off is between 7 AM and 8 AM at the Primrose Room

Pick Up is from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location.

• For parents with toddlers, parents must bring diaper changing paraphernalia, formula/baby food (appropriate snacks) and a change of clothes.
• Parents should label their child’s belongings. We will maintain a lost and found, however, Select Milk Producers, Inc./Destination Sitters, LLC does not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any toys, books, electronic/digital items, or any other types of personal items.

YOU ARE REQUIRED to fill out a Destination Sitters Participation Form and Medical Form by clicking the link below. (The link will take you to Destination Sitters Form web page, where the links for each form are then fillable from there. Select Milk does not collect this information and has no direct access to this information.)

The deadline to get these forms filled out is September 27^th by end of day. Those that do not get these forms filled out, may not be able to use the Childcare services being provided.

If you need a sitter for an evening, or different day, our contracted provider, Destination Sitters, is available for booking a sitter, at your expense. Please feel free to contact Kelli Alexander at (888) 748-5439, in advance. You can also talk to her on October 14^th or 15^th about your needs, as she will be on site for the Day Camps.

October 14 - 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

7:00 AM to 8:00 AM - Check In and Registration at the Day Camp Room (PRIMROSE MEETING ROOM)

4:30 PM to 5:30 PM - Child pick up at the Day Camp Room

October 15 - 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Teens Day 1 & 2

As you may know, teens are teens... Those that are interested in joining in the Day Camp are welcome to participate with the 4 to 12's, but in addition to that, we want to make sure that those that are coming have fun. We will be putting together a great list of activities** for the teens. We will work with staff to make sure there are activities for the teens, but because of costs and coordination, we absolutely will need an accurate count to prepare for them. Please make sure that you RSVP as soon as possible and include your teens in the "Childcare Services" section, so we have an idea of the number and ages of those coming.
