Childcare Details

We wanted to make sure that everyone that attends this years Annual Meeting and Celebration has a great time! This extends to the younger ones too! We have partnered with a professional Childcare Services organization that is licensed, insured and has vetted childcare professionals to look after our next generations!

We have worked with the childcare services provider to create a fun and safe experience for your kids. This will be done in a "Day Camp" format, with many activities** that are age appropriate for your family members. We will not be able to provide services to children under the age of 6 months.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The activities listed in this schedule are the "types" of activities that are going to be offered, however the complete list is not finalized and requires an accurate count of participation to complete. PLEASE RSVP as soon as possible with your kids so we can make this event fun for them! You can view the proposed list and schedule of activities by clicking the link at the bottom of this page marked with the two asterisk **

Teens Day 1 & 2

As you may know, teens are teens... Those that are interested in joining in the Day Camp are welcome to participate with the 4 to 12's, but in addition to that, we want to make sure that those that are coming have fun. We will be putting together a great list of activities** for the teens that will include "Flow Rider" time at the pool, Pickle Ball (Lessons and games), Golf lessons and driving range (depending on interest). We will work with staff to make sure there are activities for the teens, but because of costs and coordination, we absolutely will need an accurate count to prepare for them. Please make sure that you RSVP as soon as possible and include your teens in the "Childcare Services" section, so we have an idea of the number and ages of those coming.

** To see a "preliminary" event schedule and the "proposed" activities you can click here. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that this is NOT the final list and some of the activities shown on this may or MAY NOT be offered. Until we get counts, we will not be finalizing the activities available. Changes will be made and a final set of the activities will be done after the Cut Off date and a new schedule will be emailed to those of you that RSVP'd Childcare Services.
