The RSVP and ROOM BLOCK are now closed, the CUT-OFF date was 9/6/24 at EOD. We have had an overwhelming response this year, and as well as limiting the invitation to our Subsidiaries and staff, we have achieved over 345 people attending the Annual Meeting and 30 Year Celebration! 60 plus of those are younger than 14, We welcome all of our Dairy Families and are extremely happy to put together another great program for you this year!
Below is the agenda for the 2024 Select Milk Annual Meeting and 30 Year Celebration. At the bottom of the page are some useful links for more information on the Hotel Property, some recommended places to dine, and the childcare program.

11:30 AM - 1:30 PM 30 Year Celebration Family Cook Out at Marshall's Outpost - (Open to All) - A family style cook out for lunch
All Day Enjoy a mini adventure exploring what is available at the Westin Kierland; Golf, Pickleball, Spa, Lazy River, Flow Rider and Pool. Or head out to explore one of the many Scottsdale/Phoenix area attractions. We have set aside some morning Tee Times on a first come, first served basis, as well as reserved some Pickleball courts on the same basis. Details in the RSVP. All of these options are "ON YOUR OWN".
